Mindfulness & Equine Healing Retreat
In this small group retreat, participants will engage in deep self-exploration through guided mindfulness practices and liberty equine work, a style of mindful horsemanship where the horse has free will to participate because it is free from ropes and saddles. Horse and human connect and engage through subtle shifts of mind, body, and energy.
